KILAUEA VOLCANO
This is a Civil Defense message for Monday 06-03-2024 at 06:14 AM.
The Hawaiian Volcano Observatory has updated Kilauea volcano’s alert status to WARNING.
A Volcano WARNING means an eruption is underway.
Due to Kilauea’s Volcano WARNING, please be advised:
- There are no threats to any communities from lava.
- Some areas may experience elevate gases, take precautions if you are sensitive to volcanic gases.
- All activity is within Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
- You will be informed as conditions change.
