Recovery efforts underway after downtown Hilo fire

By GRACE INEZ ADAMS Hawaii Tribune-Herald Nearly five months after a fire ravaged multiple buildings in downtown Hilo, the cause is still unknown, but the investigation into the incident has been closed by the Hawaii Fire Department.
