Hilo police officers plead not guilty

By JOHN BURNETT Hawaii Tribune-Herald Two Hawaii Police Department officers pleaded not guilty Wednesday afternoon to charges they allegedly violated an arrestee’s constitutional protections during a search of the individual’s belongings.
