DHHL on path to spend $600M

By NICHOLAS KULISH NYTimes News Service Michael and Susan Dell announced Tuesday that they would deposit $250 in individual investment accounts for 25 million children, an amount totaling $6.25 billion. High court to hear case regarding firefighters

By JOHN BURNETT Hawaii Tribune-Herald Two retired Hawaii Fire Department battalion chiefs who sued former Fire Chief Darren Rosario and lost both their Circuit Court case and their appeal to the Intermediate Court of Appeals will have their case heard by the Hawaii Supreme Court.
