They would take place from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 6 p.m. to 5 a.m., depending on weather, and will consist of several military vehicles carrying personnel and equipment.

Hawaiʻi County prosecutor’s office reports that 31-year-old Pomaikai Olson appeared the afternoon Oct. 14 in Hilo District Court. His bail was maintained at $592,000 and he was ordered to return Oct. 16 for a preliminary hearing.
