Unsettled weather expected; surf advisory begins later today for north, west shores
Heavy rain was already falling over all of Kaua’i earlier this morning, sparking a flood advisory that was eventually canceled about 8:15 a.m. A cold front forecast to stall out near the Garden Isle was expected to bring additional rain and even a chance for thunderstorms before beginning to dissipate this afternoon.
