Note:  As of 1136 A.M. Hawaii Time, a flood warning is in effect for Oahu.  On Hawaii Island, there are partly cloudy conditions with very little wind.   Because of the storm threat, classes at Laupahoehoe Community Public Charter School have been cancelled for Thursday.  Conditions may change later today, but, so far, the Hamakua Coast is clear with no rain shortly before noon.
