Roughly 30,000 workers who produce Boeing’s 737 MAX, 767 and 777 jets in the Seattle area and Portland, Oregon, will vote on their first full contract in 16 years. Hurricane Francine strengthens to Category 2 as it hits Louisiana
Francine packed maximum sustained winds of 100 miles per hour as the eye of the storm reached the southern Louisiana coast near Morgan City, Louisiana, about 90 miles southwest of New Orleans, the National Hurricane Center said. Read more
