Tropical storm, flash flood warnings in effect for Big Isle as Hone passes south
At 10:06 a.m. today, the radar indicated a band of heavy rainfall over the southeast flank of the Big Isle. The highest recorded rainfall was 1 to 2 inches with up to 3 inches per hour between South Point and Volcano. Read more
