A 21-year-old man is dead after falling from the balcony at a condominium in Waikiki, Tuesday night.

Police are searching for the driver who struck a bicyclist on Nimitz Highway and drove away, leaving the man in serious condition on the side of the road.

Honolulu’s Ocean Safety set to become its own department
